We had Roy and his crew redo our uppers and reface our lowers along with installing a backsplash. His crew was never late, always courteous and clean, and they had excellent expertise in their job. The kitchen looks awesome and we couldn't be happier.

I recently had New Creations remodel 3 bathrooms in my house; a master bath, powder room and guest bath. It was a complicated project since were doing 3 bathrooms at once however; it was made easy by working with Roy and his team. What I liked about working with them was the attention to detail and the fact that they truly care if the project is done right and to your satisfaction. We have done several remodeling projects in the past in our house with other contractors that we had to manage and coordinate getting the work done. It was great working with New Creations in that they are truly a turnkey company and completely managed all aspects of the project from start to finish. This was the least stressful remodel that we have done in the house.

Roy and his team spend a lot of time up front making sure the design of each room met not only our needs aesthetically but also on a practical level. This helps to reduce the actual construction time because everything is planned, ordered and ready to go and you are not having to make rush decisions as the project is going on to meet construction deadlines. Once the project began the team was very careful to protect my walls and floors as well as tried as best as they could to keep it as clean as possible. I was very happy with how all three of my bathrooms turned out and cannot wait to work with New Creations on our kitchen next.

This review marks our third successful engagement with Roy and the New Creations team. The first was a stunning remodel of a galley into an open, airy European-style kitchen with wide open shelves featuring floating cabinets with attractive under-cabinet lighting. Our second was a remodel of a beige and forest green lavatory with peeling-linoleum-filled bathroom into a crisp, airy bathroom featuring hexagonal tiles that popped with dark grout and thoughtfully reworked pluming with chrome fixtures.

Our most recent engagement was a large project in our newly purchased home. It involved new floors, resurfaced ceilings, wall to wall paint, and a completely resurrected kitchen space. I've always admired how clean and unimposing Roy's team can be while knocking down walls and tearing out wires and pipes. One of Roy's most exciting additions is Erin Rooney, who provides thoughtful advice and sketches while sweeping the clients around town and offering her input on a dizzying array of building materials, hardware, and glass. You really feel taken care of on the New Creations team--they have a gift for taking your vision in the form of magazine clippings, your favorite photos on Houzz, and vague descriptions (think, "modern but traditional," "light and open but private," etc. I think I would have slapped myself if I were them) and turning them into coherent, thoughtful design.

We are in love with our new home and that is largely attributable to Roy and his team. I appreciate the consistency with which they deliver beautiful results. Most importantly, we have never felt Roy's attention waver due to the size of our jobs. From the little bathroom remodel to the full home excursion, he has made sure we are taken care of. Cheers to the New Creation team!

Customer Service with Excitement – Many companies can do the job but when I spend my hard earned money I want quality work and unyielding customer service. I acquired several bids ranging from Home Depot to older established kitchen remodeling companies. I found Roy to be the most attentive and interested in our specific job.

Roy sincerely got excited when we talked about our kitchen. He first listened and then offered his experienced and talented opinions to help us make the best possible decision about the materials and design for our kitchen. We had several visits at Roy’s showroom where we tossed around many design ideas until we pin pointed the one for us. I feel like Roy treated our remodel as if it were a fifty or sixty thousand dollar job. But actually ours was a quite small job relatively. This is why we chose Roy at New Creations.

Roy remained excited throughout the job and was always easy to contact. The work stayed on schedule from tear out to finish. My wife and I met and talked with everyone of the laborers as they performed their various tasks and were impressed each time. Roy has selected quality folks to represent New Creations.

Weather you have a total kitchen remodel or a partial like we did (granite counter top with travertine back splash) I feel confident in recommending Roy and his crew at New Creations’. And I think you will enjoy the excitement Roy has for providing the best customer experience possible.

Awesome Bathroom Remodeling Job – We selected New Creations to completely remodel our guest bathroom and they did a fantastic job. The project involved a complete demolition of the bathroom down to the studs and slab, replacement of sheetrock and ceiling, installing a new larger bathtub and shower, moving of the tub and toiler drains (involving jackhammering new holes in the slab, installing Travertine tile on the floor and in the tub and shower area, installing a new toilet, installing a Silestone countertop, new sink and sink hardware, installing a new can light and over the sink light, "un-popcorning" the ceiling, and painting. Throughout the process, New Creations kept us constantly updated on the schedule and progress with their online Bootcamp project system, they were extremely courteous and sensitive to all our needs and concerns, they kept the areas of the house adjacent to the work area immaculately, and they were fanatical about making sure that everything was done to perfection. The cost was reasonable and came in exactly as quoted. Finally, you simply won't find a nicer group of people to work with - Roy and Jeremy (the project manager) are two of the most genuinely decent people we have had the privilege to work with.

I had planned the renovation of my guest room and two upstairs baths down to the tiniest detail (I am that detail oriented!) When I initially met with Roy and showed him what I wanted, I immediately sensed that I had gained a partner in my plans. He understood my goals and assured me that I could get what I wanted. And I did!

Troy Hester managed my project with a degree of determination, expertise, and compassion that was above and beyond the norm. He made my vision become a reality.
Apollo, Paul, and the rest of the team worked competently and creatively to make this project work in a timely an professional manner.
As with any renovation project there were some surprises, some set-backs, and some adjustments. The few that arose were quickly and satisfactorily addressed and remedied. I was completely happy with the handling of these items.
In terms of quality, vision, competence, timeliness, value for dollars, and just generally good experience, I recommend New Creations without any reservations. Not only would I refer them to my friends. I am already planning for my next renovation project with Roy and the New Creations team.

Best Kitchen Remodeler...Hands Down! – Roy (owner of New Creations) worked very patiently with us as we painfully crawled through the design and estimating/ bid evaluation process. He had a lot of great ideas we had not considered when we decided to remodel the kitchen. Once we finally accepted his offer, he very clearly lined out all the steps his team need to do and all the homework we needed to do in order to get all materials and resources in the right place at the right time. The first day of demo was Oct 19, 2011 and the last day of punch list tidy ups was Dec 23. The bulk of all the work and adjustments were completed by the end of November but Roy's commitment to 100% customer satisfaction kept his guys coming back until everything was right per his opinion which in a number of cases was far more detailed than ours. All of his team were very personable and we had no concerns allowing them to work in our home unattended. We got to meet all of them prior to us even signing the contract with New Creations which was just another example of how Roy took uncertainty out of the equation. Add on top this, their use of a web based project planning tool that we were given access to so we could always keep up with what was accomplished by who as well as what was coming and when. The team kept the house very neat considering the level of construction that was taking place and made sure to clean up at the end of everyday. We could not be happier with the final product New Creations delivered for us. The kitchen is far more functional than the original with lots more cabinet and drawer space without adding a single inch of sq footage. From beginning to end, Roy and his project manager, Troy were always responsive by e-mail and phone for any question that popped into our heads and the thoroughness of the upfront planning & design efforts they led resulted in no change orders or other financial surprises (except for items mandated by city code i.e. smoke detectors on every open surface in house it seems, overwhich they had no control). All of Roys' subcontractors took as much ownership of our satisfaction as Roy did for which we are very grateful. We highly recommend you consider Roy Faust and New Creations for your remodeling project, you will not be disappointed!

Roy and Troy of New Creations provided a total demo and remodel of our kitchen, including exterior wall work. We changed a door/bay window into a sliding door, took down upper cabinets to open the kitchen to the family room, and widened doorways. All new custom cherry cabinets and soapstone countertops. New electrical box in garage and outside, new lighting and electrical plugs/switches. New Creations was the general contractor and planned everything out and assisted with the general design and features.

The entire remodel took 8 weeks. During that time the space was always kept clean and tidy. The space they used in our garage for various items was always clean and well organized. Every subcontractor they brought in was professional, polite, punctual, and answered all my questions with a good attitude. They had all done work for New Creations before and knew their expectations for a clean and professional job. Troy was always checking the work and making sure things were done as close to perfect as possible. If something was off, he would have the contractor come back in and change/fix it until it was what we wanted. Those were all very minor issues. Apollo, their tile guy, is amazing and really takes pride in his work. The online scheduling software they use, BaseCamp, really helps you understand what's scheduled for each day, who will be there, what outstanding questions there were or materials left to be chosen. Nothing was ever forgotten or accidentally left off the list. Roy and Troy always responded to emails and calls promptly and always had a positive attitude. They let me see 2 jobs they had completed (and speak to the homeowners) and one job that was nearing completion. It really helped me feel confident and trust that they would do a great job with our kitchen - and they did! We love our kitchen!

High-end kitchen with reasonable price! – When I started out my kitchen venture, I was skeptical about doing business with contractors. I've heard numerous nightmares about the outcome of the kitchen, let alone its financial impact that causes to a family. As a REALTOR, I know the importance of the kitchen for resale purposes, specifically, if the outcome was not favorable to prospective buyers. Hence, I vigorously did my due diligence by taking quotes, monitoring contractor's response, conducting reference check, et al. I am very pleased and satisfied with making the right choice by hiring Roy and his crew. Roy provided his expert opinion, provided guidance, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Importantly, he stayed within the allotted timeframe. Roy, thank you for adhering to those dates! Needless to say, I continue to recommend New Creations to my friends and family. So, if you want excellent customer service, quality service, high-end look and not break the bank, hire New Creations! You won?t regret it!

We love our new kitchen and bathroom – New Creations completely remodeled our kitchen and bathroom this summer. It was no small job as plumbing, electrical and duct work had to be completely rerouted. The job was so major that it even required reframing part of the house between the upstairs and downstairs and relocating a drain in the bathroom. Wow, we didn’t even know things like this were possible.

Roy and his designer worked with us until we everything was perfect. With their experience they had the coolest ideas you could ever imagine. We went with all natural products and we now have the most beautiful kitchen and bathroom you have ever seen.

Everyone on Roy’s team meticulous and professional. They really cared about making us happy throughout the entire process.

We highly recommend Roy and his team at New Creations for any kitchen or bathroom job you may have. They have the necessary people and experience to handle any job no matter how large or small.

New Creations Review - Outstanding! – What sets New Creations apart from their competition? The journey, the guidance and the final product all made possible by a professional team and a great group of sub-contractors.

The Journey: I’m not sure anyone really goes into a remodeling absolutely knowing every detail of how they want their kitchen to be transformed. The New Creations Team has a design center that really helps you get started and everyone from the New Creations Team to the sub-contractors will help you with suggestions along the way. No one really wants their kitchen demolished either. I think New Creations needs to come up with a new term for this part of the process because we never felt like our kitchen was demolished… just removed. When we came home on day one, our old kitchen (appliances, sheet rock, everything) was gone. I mean totally removed from the property and the work Site was very clean. This is the way it was every day of the process. In many ways, the only way we knew sub-contractors had been in our house was the progress made on the remodeling.

For us, another critical part of the journey was understanding how the project would unfold. While they were proactive in keeping us informed, you can always contact one of the New Creations Team members by phone or email (and they are quick to respond). They also link you into the project planning process through web-based Basecamp. This lets you see what is being planned each day. Your inputs are captured as actions and assigned to members of their Team. Any issue that came up was addressed in a timely fashion.

When I reflect back on the remodeling process, it really is a journey that includes a few changes in direction. I found that when we did want to add or change from the original plan, New Creations was very professional. If we did deviate from the original contract, New Creations was very quick to get us a quote and worked to keep the project on schedule.

The other critical element of the journey is will they complete your kitchen when they say they will. New Creations committed they would be complete in 8 weeks. At the end of 6 weeks, all that was left to be done was minor touch-up. The attention to detail was outstanding. The New Creations Team picked up on several small items we missed and had them corrected.

The Sub-contractors: New Creations has done an excellent job of picking the sub-contractors they work with. The most impressive of which was the cabinet, granite and sheetrock/painter subs. The cabinets are stunning, the granite was laid out with the grain structure exactly the way we had envisioned and the paint/texturing matched our existing walls perfectly. We also really appreciated the crew that did the demolition and clean-up to get the project started on the right foot.

The Final Product: All of the above doesn’t matter if you are not happy with the final product. I think we can honestly say that New Creations worked with us to produce a kitchen that actually exceeded our expectations.

Remodeling is really a Team effort between you and the Contractor you choose. You need to make many decisions and actively participate along the way to make it a success. The Contractor needs to make the experience and final product what you envisioned it to be. We found the Team at New Creations to be excellent Team members that helped us realize the kitchen of our dreams. Roy, Troy and Jeremy all have strengths that complement each other… a special thanks to all of you!

As I was looking for my next new home, I fell in love with a home that had a kitchen remodeled by New Creations. It was amazing with exceptional design in which you could tell had been professionally executed. In our search for a new home, we ended up buying a house that was going to need to be renovated and immediately I called Roy. I told him I had seen his work first hand and wanted him to renovate our kitchen! Roy agreed to work with us although our situation would be unique in that not only was the kitchen being renovated, but the entire house was under construction. Roy and his entire team far exceeded our hopes for a dream kitchen! In working with different construction teams for the last 4 months, I can say that without a doubt New Creations stands out for their ability to communicate, execute, and make you feel like you are their only client! Roy and Troy were always available when we had any questions or concerns and that is invaluable when it comes to designing your dream home! Apollo, who did the tile work and punch list went above and beyond his role as well. Everyone on his team was professional, friendly, polite, and worked as though it was more than just a job for them. They all take pride in their work and it shows! I would not hesitate to recommend New Creations to anyone!

We hired New Creations to remodel our kitchen. They came recommended by friends here in Jester Estates and we loved their kitchen. Roy was very accommodating of our schedule and could meet with us in the evening which was a huge plus. This was our first remodeling project and Roy and Troy made it stress free for us. The project was completed on time and on budget with no change orders - that's good planning. Their team of cabinet makers, painters, appliance, tile and granite professionals were all a pleasure to work with. They worked hard to keep our house clean during construction and the workmanship was very high quality. I did use a designer, Kimball Bonamici, to help with a few elements and that worked out well. We love our new kitchen and highly recommend New Creations.

A very talented, courteous and professional team! – I loved everything about my new home except for the tiny, dark, unattractive bathrooms. I contacted New Creations based on recommendations from two of my neighbors, and I couldn't be happier with the results! This was my first experience with a remodel and I really didn't know what to expect. Roy's and his sub-contractors worked with me every step of the way. They encouraged me to play a big part in the design process, and this hands-on involvement was an exciting and fulfilling experience. They really made me feel like I was part of the team, all the while helping me make smart decisions based on their prior experiences. In the end, their expert advice proved invaluable. Virtually every decision we made turned out to be the right choice. Prior to the remodel, my master bathroom was a depressingly dismal place. Now it's a joy just to be in this room. We knocked out an unnecessary dividing wall and removed the outdated tub and fixtures, then installed custom cabinets, new floor tiles, expertly textured walls, a beautiful new countertop with a vessel sink and a gorgeous, modern glass walled shower. In our guest bathroom we added new cabinet and drawer faces, countertop with vessel sink and new floor tiles, and finished it off with retextured walls and fresh paint throughout. To top it off, we added solar tubes to both bathrooms, making them so much brighter and more inviting. I'm very proud of my remodeled guest bathroom, but my master bath is simply a joy! It's my own little oasis/spa. A big thanks to Roy and his team for all their hard work. I recommend them whole-heartedly!

Amazing Kitchen Remodeling from a Highly Ethical Company – In 2008 we fully remodeled our kitchen with New Creations and earlier this year our two bathrooms were completely redone with fantastic results. Working with Roy on the design details and Troy at the project site was very enjoyable and even when issues arose they ALWAYS worked to resolve them with the customers best interests in mind. Both the kitchen and the bathrooms are unique, customized to our needs, impressive in quality, and will significantly increase our houses value. Thanks again to New Creations for the great work you do.

Roy followed up to make sure we were happy with the results and Greg and other workers were very flexible with our schedule.

They did an outstanding job and I get so many compliments on my kitchen.

Another very happy customer! – We have used several contractors while upgrading our house. We saved the biggest project for last - the kitchen. By the time it came to remodel it, we were so sick of contractors, people not able to speak English, not showing up, messing up our house, or screwing something up, that when Roy came over we were a little hard on him. He took it well, explained very thoroughly how the process would work and helped us pick out the granite & backsplash. He stayed true to his every word. The people he works with are all wonderful! We were able to communicate with them, they were extremely respectful of our house (and our little dog), picked everything up at the end of the day and were eager to please. Words cannot describe how very happy we are with the outcome. We feel we got much more than we paid for - certainly beyond what we expected. We recommend New Creations to everyone who asks and would absolutely hire them again.

New Creations - a company you can count on! Even well managed businesses will experience glitches relative to labor and suppliers from time to time. As a business consultant I am quite aware that the true caliber and ethics of a business & their staff become crystal clear when they face difficult times, not when all is going according to plan. Ours was a project that encountered a few delays and stumbling blocks, yet, Roy remained focused and dedicated, doing his very best and honoring each and every commitment. If one is looking for a kitchen remodeling company that truly delivers a beautiful end product and that does not play games with pricing, then they would be well served to consider New Creations. We love our new kitchen!
